Pregnancy, Baby and Children’s Expo
We are back from a massive weekend spent at the PBC Expo in Brisbane and I’m completely and utterly exhausted!!! It was our first time as stallholders there and it was awesome 
There were a whole lot of other MCN’s there as well so there were A LOT of mums or expectant mums coming along to compare prices and styles of nappies. It had been a while since I’d been out in the public with our brand for of a variety of reasons and I’d forgotten how much I enjoy it. It was great telling all these mums, dads and grandparents about our nappies and answering all their questions. I even got to see a few very, very new babies – one 4 day old, one 6 day old and a pair of twins that were 3 weeks old but were 6 weeks premmie so they were teeny tiny! Cluck, cluck, cluck! 
We are absolutely hooked now and will definitely be there next year in Brisbane and probably the Sydney, Melbourne and Perth Expo’s too.
Ooh, we ran a competition at the Expo with a clothie version of Guess the number of jellybeans – we had Guess the number of snaps We filled a jar up to the brim with snaps and we had hundreds of entries guessing how many were in there. It was very interesting to see the difference in answers. We had guesses from 200, right up to over 8000!!! I will announce the correct answer shortly but am waiting to hear from our 4 potential winners first – we ended up with 4 people tied within the same distance from the correct number. No-one guessed correctly. Maybe I’ll post a pic of our jar here and on Facebook for readers to take a guess too
Well, we got home late last night after packing up our stall and waiting in line for ages to get into the loading dock to load it all back up into our car. When we got home, hubby unloaded it all into my work room in no particular order so we have some work to do… Plus we’ve got a big bunch of bulk orders to post out that people paid for at the expo (less for them to carry if we post it!). So off to work I go xo

Facebook Garage Sale
Hey guys,
Two nights ago we had our first Facebook garage sale and it was awesome!! It was a spur of the moment decision after looking in my stock cuboards and realising that I needed to make room for a bunch of our new minky nappies that are in the works at the moment. We had a great turn-out and ended up making a nice big space in my cupboards which will soon be filled again! 
Thanks to everyone who participated and to those of you that made your payments extremely fast! I had 10 payments made within 24 hours, which was excellent Almost all of the rest of you have contacted me to let me know when you’ll be making payment too, which I appreciate
My next post on here will hopefully be announcing the re-opening sale! Have been having a think about what sorts of sales I might offer and have a few things in mind. Anyone have suggestions?

Happy Easter!!!
Hi guys,
Happy Easter!! Hope you are all having an awesome easter spent with family and friends. We are having a quietish one, at home for the first 2 days, then at MIL’s house for the 3rd day, then back at home on Monday for the last day of the long weekend Took the hubby and our girls to the park for a couple of hours today and we all had a ball running around playing “chasing bridges” and “bridge, ground, grass” (can you tell my 4 year old made these games up?)
Now, onto business – unfortunately our re-opening has been delayed due to sickness. We’ve had gastroenteritis, tonsillitis and a cold going through our household for the past 2 weeks and we are finally all on the mend now. This has put a damper on my website preperation, what with non-stop feeling queasy, a head that felt like it was going to explode, a super clingy 22 month old and ridiculously painful teething!! And would you believe that the teething was mine?! My wisdom tooth has been giving me trouble the past few days (ok, maybe quite a lot more than trouble!) so that put me out too.
Anyway, I added a bunch of products tonight to get started and will add the rest over the coming week or so as I get the time. I will announce the re-opening sale as soon as I know a definite date and will be loading a lot of bargain discounts to various product ranges Will keep you informed!
In the meantime, have a wonderful easter and don’t eat too much chocolate!! Save most of it for me! *insert evil laugh here*

Woohoo! First blog post! :)
Hi guys and gals!
This is our brand new blog (to match our brand new website!!) and our very first blog post We’ll be using our blog to announce a whole lot of sales, discounts and comps, plus writing informative articles on anything cloth-nappy-related, or baby related. Hope you enjoy reading it as much as we enjoy writing it!
I’ll be back in a little while to update you on the progress of our website. We are super excited about it all and hope to have it complete and up and running by the end of the month. We’ll keep you informed. There will be a lovely big sale once we’re done so celebrate the opening of our site
