Postage

We send all purchases through REGULAR Australia Post mail. Your invoice will state the cost of postage - this is $5.00 for up to 500g and $9.00 for anything up to 3kg. If you would prefer registered post, or if you are an international customer, please contact us before your purchase to get a quote on your order. We do not charge a handling fee.

Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority so if you have any questions or concerns regarding any of our products, please don't hesitate to contact us. If you find any fault at all with your purchase, please notify us. We will replace or repair (at our discretion) any faulty goods within 30 days of purchase. If you simply change your mind then please contact us as soon as possible to organize a refund or credit. We will only give refunds on goods that have not been washed or worn and within a 30 day period after purchase.
